Job Introduction

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our friendly small team of site cleaners who will ensure high standards of cleanliness in the school environment. Working hours take place after school (3.30pm until 6.00pm) in term-time and in the school holidays, there will be an opportunity to block your hours in order to complete the deep cleaning schedule. 

You must be:

  • Able to meet the physical demands of the role
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the school
  • Able to work independently, as well as part of a team

Duties and expectations include:

  • Wiping down surfaces
  • Vacuuming carpeted and mopping floor areas
  • Emptying bins
  • Cleaning toilet facilities
  • Notifying the Facilities Lead when cleaning socks are low
  • Ensuring that COSHH products and materials are kept safe and secure – training will be provided
