Potley Hill is a one-form entry primary school set on a beautiful 50-acre wooded green field site in the Blackwater Valley. We are proud of our culture, built on the vision that every child should have the opportunity to "Dream Big, Aim High and Make a Difference." Our values—kindness, respect, responsibility, creativity, resilience, and teamwork—underpin everything we do.

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Specialist SEN Teacher skilled in the Primary age range to join our outstanding, supportive, and friendly teaching team. You will oversee provision for children with additional needs, understanding the unique challenges and incredible strengths of children with diverse learning needs.

  • Demonstrate resilience, creativity, and flexibility in adapting teaching approaches to meet diverse needs
  • Commit to ongoing professional development in SEND best practice and contribute to whole-school inclusion initiatives

In return, we offer:

  • Well-behaved, motivated, and respectful children eager to learn
