LSA Support for a Child with SEND Needs

Job Introduction

We are looking for a friendly, flexible and professional person to work in our school supporting pupils with an Education, Health and Care Plan.

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate learning support assistant who is committed to the highest standards of learning and well-being for children. The position will be in KS2 and will be predominately supporting the needs of individual children alongside their peers on a 1:1 basis. We are looking for someone who works well as part of a team, is passionate about working with children and really wants to make a difference.

You will be committed to developing effective working relationships with the children and teachers, while contributing to the individual pupil's development, working with the Class Teacher to support pupils across a wide range of activities.
