Job Introduction

Midday Supervisory Assistant

Term Time Only. 2 to 5 days per week.  The hours of work are 12:10pm - 1:20pm


We are looking for Midday Supervisory Assistants to join our lunchtime team as soon as possible. 

Are you calm, caring, reliable and enthusiastic? If you enjoy working with children to ensure they are happy, healthy and safe during this important part of the day, we would love to hear from you. 

Duties will include: 


  • Ensuring that all children are safehappy and well behaved at all times! Through effective behaviour management, recogonise when intervention is required and act appropriately. Where intervention is required, raise with the relevant staff

  • Supervising and helping children while they eat their lunch

  • Supervising and playing with children outside on the playground, or in classrooms if it rains. 

  • Generally ensuring that lunchtimes are a happy time for all involved and dealing with any issues in a positive and thoughtful way. 

Previous experience is not required but would be beneficial.
