Job Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our early years team working in our new Nursery provision. If you share our passion for making a real difference to the lives of children, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role:
As a key member of our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team, you will:
- Support the teacher and nursery lead in delivering a creative and stimulating curriculum
- Provide one-to-one and group support to children aged 3–5
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment
- Help with planning, observations, and assessments in line with EYFS framework
- Assist with the daily routines, including snack time, outdoor play, and hygiene
What We’re Looking For:
- A Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children in an EYFS setting
- A warm, caring, and patient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
