Cove Infant School is a successful and aspirational two-form entry infant school. We are seeking a talented and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our wonderful team and support pupils in achieving the very best start to their educational journey

We are looking for a committed LSA who: 

• Believes in high-quality education where children are at the heart of everything we do.
• Is passionate about teaching and learning and understands how to motivate and engage learners
• Will uphold our School Values of “Nurture, Inspire, Empower” in all that they do
• Can support an inspiring learning environment (inside and outside!)
• Is committed to high-quality outdoor play and learning and will contribute to maintaining and developing our Platinum OPAL award status
• Has excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills and understands the importance of positive and professional relationships with all stakeholders
• Is enthusiastic, dedicated, works effectively both as part of a team and independently, and has a great sense of humour!
