Key tasks:
1. Manage and maintain the annual cycle of EHCPs.
2. Oversee and support staff to break EHCPs down into short term plans with small steps.
3. Provide training, coaching and support to enable teachers and LSAs to deliver effective inclusive practice.
4. Ensure that appropriate funding is secured to support the delivery of EHCP-related provision.
