Great Oaks School is a warm, supportive and highly collaborative environment where staff are valued, encouraged and well‑developed. If you are passionate about SEND, enthusiastic about curriculum development, and ready to support the leadership of a pathway, we would love to hear from you.
Interested candidates are warmly invited to contact Geraldine Lindsay (Headteacher) or Tony Parkes (Deputy Headteacher) for an informal conversation. School tours will be available to book after the Easter Holidays.

With over 215 staff and a culture that prioritises clear communication, wellbeing and professional growth, this is a school where teachers thrive and future leaders are nurtured.
Come and join a team who care deeply about their students, support one another, and are committed to making a difference every day.
