Job Introduction

Inclusion Manager for our additional provision “The Nest” - 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm and Friday 8:00am – 3:30pm, term time only (38 weeks).  Grade E - Step 1 Actual Annual Salary £27,819.32 (which is equivalent to a full-time salary of £33,179).

 

As part of our commitment to staff wellbeing RAISE Education Trust is trialling a two week half term break 19th to 30th October 2026. Following this trial, should the Trust revert back to a one-week October half term break from 2027 the contractual working weeks would increase to 39 weeks and the salary would increase accordingly.

About the Role

As Inclusion Manager, you will lead and develop a high-quality provision that enables students to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with staff, families, and external agencies to deliver personalised support and create a positive, structured learning environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage The Nest team, including performance management and appraisals
  • Deliver and model outstanding teaching and inclusive practice
  • Develop and implement personalised learning plans
  • Facilitate trauma-informed and restorative practice training for staff
  • Ensure high-quality, engaging, and appropriate learning experiences
  • Monitor student progress, behaviour, and wellbeing, implementing targeted support
  • Analyse performance data and drive improvements in outcomes
  • Establish consistent routines and behaviour systems
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and external agencies
  • Lead restorative approaches to behaviour and conflict resolution
  • Promote student achievement and celebrate success
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and relevant legislation
