• Have an excellent mentor for a successful ECT who is experienced, kind and supportive.
• Have high expectations of children’s achievement, behaviour and attitudes to learning.
• Have an ability to create a stimulating and purposeful learning environment both, within the classroom and outside in our extensive school grounds.
• Be able to continually reflect and improve upon their own practice in order to achieve excellence.
• Be able to effectively lead a subject area in line with the new curriculum 
• Understand and embrace neurodiversity and are able to show this throughout the school day.
• Show commitment to our school’s Christian ethos
• Have a sense of humour!
