Job Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and passionate EYFS Learning Support Assistant to join our warm and welcoming team in Oak Class (Year R - Year1). This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the early stages of a child’s education within a nurturing and community-focused environment. Inclusion is at the heart of our values, love, respect, belong and therefore it is pivotal that neurodivergence is valued, celebrated and understood. The children are looking for:

 

  • Someone who is kind and says yes to lots of things
  • Someone who is not too hard on pupils because sometimes we struggle with things
  • Someone who can give us lots of ideas and questions to do
  • Someone who can write on the whiteboard and is strong and fast
  • Someone with a face that looks happy, and who always says yes to playing with us

Candidates should have Maths and English qualifications to GCSE Grade C/4 or above or their equivalent.

Have proven experience working within the Early Years Foundation Stage

Who has a clear understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding procedures
Is supportive of our values and ethos as a Church of England Primary School.
