Permanent Site Team Assistant
Are you handy, motivated and ready to help keep our school running smoothly? Abbotswood Junior School is looking for an enthusiastic Site Team Assistant to join our hardworking and friendly school.
In this role, you will work alongside the Site Manager, ensuring our site is safe, clean and welcoming for our children, staff and our community. If you enjoy a physical role where no two days are the same, we want to hear from you.
What will you be doing?
General maintenance.
Site security.
Supporting and working alongside our team of cleaners.
Helping out with whatever the school day throws at us!
What are we looking for?
Good practical skills.
A team player.
A strong work ethic.
Genuinely enjoy working in an environment with children and making their school a good place to learn.
The candidate must be willing to drive the school minibus and undertake any training necessary.

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: Support Staff - C Grade
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - 10.00-18.00 with a 17.00 finish on a Friday.
Flexibility: While shifts are genuinely regular, you will need to be available for some late night finishes to support events such as Parents’ Evenings and Governor meetings.
